At Old Wharf, the day unfolds on the same harbour that’s carried Tasmania’s stories for generations. This is the historic location of jetties and piers where traders shipped Tassie’s renowned produce across the globe.

The room fills, the harbour is in full swing, and the menu leans into the middle of the day. Familiar dishes that make sense here, where what’s grown, caught and made locally has always mattered.
